How do I place an order?

Placing an order on 5 & Dime is easy! Browse and select the product you want to order. Call us at +880 1670037937 or inbox us on our Facebook page with your details to place the order. Your product will be delivered to your desired address through courier within 4-5 working days.

Payment and Shipping

Payment methods

Cash on delivery:
You can place your order without making payment now. Payment will be collected during the delivery of the product. To process your order we need your valid contact information.

For your convenience we also offer payment through bKash. Send your payment to +880 1670820814 and send us the Transaction ID.

Shipping
Pick up:
You can pick your ordered products from designated pickup points without paying any shipping charges.

Regular shipping:
Dhaka Taka 70 fee
All Other Cities Taka 120 fee
For Bulky Items:
*Subject to weight of items
We are relying upon leading couriers to deliver the products, for which we need to cover for delivery cost.

50% advance applicable for deliveries outside Dhaka,
10% advance required for products above Tk. 2,000.
